Alicia's Makeup Artistry
Nebraska-based professional makeup artist specializing in airbrush and traditional makeup application for bridal makeup and styled photography shoots.
My journey began with a passion for art and beauty. I traveled to Vancouver, B.C. to study makeup artistry at the renowned Blanche MacDonald Centre. After graduating, I worked with Benefit Cosmetics and freelanced around Seattle, WA. I moved back to Nebraska and continued to practice my craft while immersing myself in the cosmetic industry to become familiar with the best products available. I prefer to use top-quality products like MAC, Anastasia Beverly Hills, and Urban Decay, and I offer both airbrush and traditional makeup applications. I love connecting with my clients, so that I can provide the most comfortable makeup experience that has every person leaving my chair feeling beautiful and confident.

Wedding day package for the bride includes a makeup trial, false lashes, airbrush makeup application, and take-along lip color for touch-ups.
I recommend scheduling your makeup trial to sync up with engagement photos or another pre-wedding event.​ Sunless tanning discounts available for bridal clients.
I require 6 full-faces to book out more than 3 months in advance and 8 full-faces to leave the Lincoln area. Travel is charged at $1/mile for destinations farther than 30 miles from my studio.

You shouldn’t have to sacrifice the health of your skin to get that rich bronze tan and you shouldn’t have to apply harsh or harmful chemicals either. Each application is fast and easy and lasts a week. The moisture-rich formula dramatically softens skin, making this the only kind of tan that’s actually good for your skin.

Before choosing your preferred day, keep in mind that if you are getting a wax, massage, or pedicure you should complete these at least 48 hours prior to your spray tan. This will allow the oils and products enough time to wash off your skin. You should also plan to come to your appointment with your skin free of all lotions, deodorant (I know), oils, and perfumes. This will ensure the best possible spray tan result!

Also, keep in mind that you cannot come into contact with water for 2-4 hours after your tan—this includes sweating, swimming, and even licks from your pet!

If you've had a spray tan recently, make sure it is completely gone before getting a new application.​​
Important note: a sunless spray tan does not provide UV protection. You can still burn with natural exposure to the sun.
